Oh yes, it’s that time of year again when I get +1 year older.

After a fairly good year with an atrocious ending leaving me jobless and focusing on working from home as a test, January was busy as heck while I worked on finding new clients and building up income and it was a frantic one, I almost forgot and missed my own Birthday. Thankfully those kinder souls around me reminded me a week prior and thus I managed to arrange nothing.

Had a few friends over for drinks and such, enjoyed some music and some great conversation and got to see friends over a 3 day birthday weekend, and rekindled some friendships – yet despite my dislike of Facebook and following my tradition of posting my own Birthday message each year, this status update appeared to be the most successful post to date with the added bonus of bringing me out of the blues –

 

Thanks to all those who posted a special message, it made my Birthday feel a little less isolated,
